We are available all day on your wedding day + Day Of Coordination services
​This is our "all most there" package. This is for couples that have begun their wedding plans and are a good way through, but realize they need a little more help to see them through to the wedding. We are there to help tie up any the loose ends, including help hiring any remaining vendors needed as well as completing any wedding tasks still left to do.
 
• Contact and reserve the services of venue, caterer, photographer, florist and linen
 
• Create a detailed wedding budget
 
• Attend five vendor meetings within the Hill Country/San Antonio area.
 
• Provide information on how to obtain marriage license
 
• Assistance with selecting gifts for bridal party and family
 
• Suggest a variety of ideas for centerpieces
 
• A checklist to keep you on target and when you should be focusing on your   planning tasks
 
• Follow – Up with phone calls to vendors, regarding information detailed on     weekend agenda
 
• Coordinator to be available for up to 8 hours on the wedding day
For weddings with ceremony and reception sites in separate locations an additional assistant will be required at a cost of $200.00
For weddings with more than 250 guests, additional assistants will be required at an extra $250.00 cost ​
