This package is designed for couples who have already started planning their wedding and have many of the major details in place but would like professional guidance to help bring everything together.
Our Partial Planning Package provides additional support throughout the final stages of the planning process, helping to ensure that no important details are overlooked. We assist with tying up loose ends, completing outstanding wedding tasks, and helping secure any remaining vendors needed to complete your wedding team.
In addition to planning support, we are available throughout your wedding day and provide all Day-Of Coordination services, allowing you, your family, and your wedding party to relax and fully enjoy the celebration. From final confirmations and timeline management to vendor coordination and event execution, we work behind the scenes to ensure your wedding day unfolds smoothly and according to plan.
This package is ideal for couples who have done much of the planning themselves but want the confidence and support of an experienced wedding professional to guide them through the final months leading up to their special day.

• Research, recommend, and assist with securing professional services, including the venue, caterer, photographer, florist, rental company, and other wedding vendors as requested.
• Develop and maintain a detailed wedding budget to help keep expenses organized and aligned with the couple’s financial goals.
• Attend up to five vendor meetings within the Texas Hill Country and San Antonio area.
• Provide guidance and information regarding the process for obtaining a marriage license.
• Assist with the selection of gifts for the wedding party, parents, and other special family members.
• Provide design inspiration and recommendations for centerpieces, décor elements, and overall wedding aesthetics.
• Supply a customized planning checklist and timeline to help keep wedding preparations organized and on schedule.
• Conduct follow-up communications with contracted vendors to confirm details, timelines, and services outlined in the wedding weekend agenda.
• Coordinate vendor logistics and maintain communication throughout the planning process to ensure all parties are informed and prepared.
• Provide wedding day coordination services for up to 8 consecutive hours on the wedding day.
For weddings with ceremony and reception sites in separate locations an additional assistant will be required at a cost of $200.00
For weddings with more than 250 guests, additional assistants will be required at an extra $250.00 cost ​
